Although the restaurant has a rotisserie, a stone pizza oven, and a sushi chef, the emphasis here is on beer, brewed on premise in this former textile mill. Try the big, balanced Philadelphia Porter, with its smooth chocolate and coffee tones or the easy drinking Schuylkill Punch, brewed with raspberries and blueberries. The outdoor decks are jam-packed with 20-somethings in the summer months.
