The menu at this petite restaurant is a testament to chef Daniel Stern’s quirky style. Expect “#15 Combination: Scallops and Sweetbreads/Potatoes, Peas, Lemon Cream.” It’s an experiment in the trust between a chef and his diner, and Stern has earned ours.

Review
This place is one of my favorites. The food combinations are quite unusual, and probably not a place for those who are "meat and potatoes" folks. It is quieter than any of the Stephen Starr places, which makes for a more pleasant experience. I plan to go back and enjoy the experience again.
