Anchoring a converted loft building on 4th Street, comfortable Café Estelle, with its proudly industrial view, tabletops collaged with vintage recipes and waitstaff dressed in housewife aprons, turns out a craveable assortment of omelets, panini and flatbread pizzas. The well-edited (if not well copy-edited) breakfast and lunch menu features both of-the-moment ingredients — applewood-smoked ham, watercress, manchego — and homey, wholesome options like white bean and kale soup.

If you're looking for something better than what the standard cafe has to offer, I'd highly recommend Cafe Estelle. I ate there for the second time today and thoroughly enjoyed the veggie panini (they make their own breads!) and a fruit-filled smoothie. The sticky bun (which was also made on-site) was also amazing! The service was great, the atmosphere was delightful, and we parked (for free!) in their off-street parking lot. I will be back!
