It's not easy to sell coffee in a heatwave, so the sign outside Graduate Hospital's (no, we won't call it G-Ho) newest coffeeshop reads: "Iced coffee! Air conditioning!" The café takes its name from the fading red cursive on the window, advertising the corner spot's previous tenant. Inside - mismatched tables piled with thumbed copies of the Times - owner Jonathan Adler serves up Artisan croissants, Chestnut Hill Coffee Company, joe and bagel sandwiches, topped with perfect-for-the-season tomato, basil and mozzarella.
