Spot famed chef Eric Ripert working the dining room of new 10 Arts, while his protégé, Philly native Jennifer Carroll, plates up lovely dishes like brook trout in brown butter in the Ritz-Carlton kitchen. Our only complaint: those wine prices. Ouch!

10 Arts is a great place for every day casual dining. The food is some of the best in Philadelphia and priced reasonably. The global wine list has something to please every palate. The scene in the lobby is vibrant and sexy. Eric Ripert has created a Philadelphia dining destination!

The wine was way overpriced. The service was slow, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. The serving sizes were very meager. I got the salmon. It could not have been more than 3 or 4 ounces. It tasted very good, but I left feeling hungry. When asked if we wanted bottled water, one person said yes, so the waitress poured bottled water for everyone, at abour 3 bucks a glass. That was not right. I would not recommend 10 Arts.

This was simply some of the best fish I have ever eaten. The tuna carpaccio was amazing.
