Haddonfield is the new home of 27-year-old BYOB Fuji, the region’s best more-than-just-sushi contemporary Japanese restaurant. Chef Masaharu “Matt” Ito’s talent lies in the masterful reawakening of familiar tastes — rich, deep, complex teriyaki, light and crisp tempura — and is always on display in his $80 eight-course kaiseki tasting menu (which must be booked in advance).
