No one can say I didn't give this place a chance. I've been four times and only been successfully seated once. They're content to let you wait hours while they seat recent arrivals ahead of you (friends? regulars? I'm not sure). The food is good, but not worth the hassle, rudeness and confusion that greets you at the door. I'm done trying.
