I have went to Toppers many years since moving to Philadelphia. Recently I went to get my usual massage, while walking to the front door. Two men followed behind, when one started screaming a racist word. As I walked in they came in behind. I spoke to the manager about this. I told him it was bad business for his employee to be using this language while in front of Toppers. His response was the man woke up to a drug addict who broke in his house. (So basically his actions were justified?) I also wrote a email to corporate with no response. They have just lost a loyal client! Posted by Ebony: Jul. July 10th, 2010 at 9:34 AM

I purchased a $100 gift certificate for my daughter to get her hair done. Little did I know that she would be charged an additional $50 to have her hair blow dried after having it cut. I think that is a disgrace and will not buy another gift certificate there for any of my 4 daughters! Posted by Donna: Nov. November 23rd, 2009 at 12:56 PM
