Profile

Roberta Adamo is the mastermind behind Penne's tasty house-made pastas — and many days, you can see her at work in the restaurant's open kitchen, shaping sweet-potato ravioli (to be dressed in a sweet-sharp gorgonzola sauce) and cavatelli (to be tossed with Italian sausage and sun-dried tomatoes). The kitchen also serves up meatier Italian options, like grilled petite filet alongside butternut-parm risotto, and pan-seared scallops in a parsley cream sauce.
