The worst experience ever and 10 weeks into a 6-8 week delivery time for a sofa, I was told that I have to wait another 5 weeks. Since they have my $199 non refundable deposit they no longer care about me.
When I called on 3/24/11 on an order I placed on 1/22/11 with a delivery date of 3/18/11, customer service agent says that I should have been told that they were 3 weeks behind. When I stated that no one called or emailed, he simply states that someone should have been in touch. I was told that on 3/26/11, my sofa should be delivered to their distribution center on 3/26. Called MACYS on 3/29 about the non delivery and they tell me that it is only coupls days past promised delivery and that I would not be calling if he initially told me 8-10 weeks instead of 6-8. On 3/31/11 I received a call from MACYS telling me that my new delivery date is 5/7/11. Now we are 15 weeks for a delivery of something promised 6-8 weeks. THAKS A LOT MACYS! NEVER SHOP HERE! NEVER.
