I loved the storeroom in Turnersville (appears to be closed now). The saleswoman, and I think partial owner, did her job very well. The delivery men had need of much more training. I lived in a second floor apartment. The delivery persons bent my kingsize mattress in half to bring it up the stairway. The metal rods in the mattress are in a bent position until this day. I removed it over the balcony when I moved. One of the dresser's shelves was shaken loose and instead of replacing it with a metal stud(as the others came equipped), they placed a slanted screw under shelf into the polished side panel to support the weight. Some of the bolts connecting a section of furniture to another were missing and attachment was not complete. Nice furniture with unpleasant forever memories.

Purchased furniture (Natucci leather section) beginning of the year, furniture has many issues but all I continue to hear from Dieva Designs are nothing but excuses, un-return calls, and constant lies (says one thing over phone and another when face-to-face.) Reported problem day of delivery, spoke to several of the family (family business). Dieva has yet to take back the furniture can continues to say they have to see what the manufacture will do even when I informed the owners the furniture was purchased at their store and not from Natuzzi. Beware of this family business (will not recommend.)
