Movin’ On Up
My buddies, Steve Duross and James Langel, over at, um, Duross & Langel, recently moved their fabulous and darling hand — actually on premise— made soap/cream/lotion/shampoo/etc. shop to bigger and better digs at 117 S. 13th (Matthew Izzo’s old haunt). And while I couldn’t make their champagne-toasting party this past Saturday night, I was able to pop in during my afternoon errand-running.
Wow! The new space is, like, a bajillion times bigger than before, and they’re stocking it with more flavors and new products (such as an all-natural answer to skin-saving Proactiv). Plus, there’s a whole second floor for their super fun and super informative Saturday morning workshops.
For those of you who’ve been a loyal customer for years, don’t worry — Steve still brings the dogs to work, and all your favorite standbys are still there (thankfully for my skin, which would certainly punish me if I hadn’t been able to stock up on Steve’s buttercream body cream).
Stop by and take a sniff. Your nose (and body and face and hair) will thank you.
