Philly’s most wanted: Police and city officials continue to up the ante in their ever-widening search for Eric Floyd, the last suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Sgt. Whisper it to me, Johnny: In a court filing, union leader John Dougherty has said he’ll take the Fifth if he’s not granted immunity for his testimony in the federal trial of electrical contractor Donald “Gus” Dougherty Jr., who pleaded not guilty to allegedly taking part in some shady real estate dealings with Doc. The unrelated Doughertys are the only two involved in the questionable transaction, so the defense is calling Doc’s testimony “essential.” [Inquirer]

Extreme moving sale: The Camden family that has been living in the mansion they won from ABC’s Extreme Home Makeover might be forced to move out. Victor Marrero and his family can barely afford to pay the bills in order to keep living in the five-bedroom house, and briefly listed it on the market yesterday for $499,900. The listing was almost immediately removed, and a spokesperson for the organization that donated the land for the house said they are trying to help the family stay put. [Inquirer]
