Philly Live sports complexBeautiful Philly Live!: The details are still fuzzy, but the plans are almost in place to add a sprawling super-complex called Philly Live! to South Philadelphia. As announced at a press conference yesterday, Comcast Spectacor and building developer Cordish Co. are partnering on a “mixed use” facility that may or may not result in the destruction of the 41-year-old Wachovia Spectrum. Comcast Spectacor chairman Ed Snider still says there’s a chance the facility could survive. Most likely not, though. [Daily News]
