Today’s Daily Examiner quip comes courtesy of KYW via Philadelphia Will Do, which details news reporter John McDevitt’s quest to spread the word about National Pie Day to an unsuspecting (and unamused) pie nation. The story is part inspirational, part depressing — if only for the fact that you must picture McDevitt running through Reading Terminal Market informing strangers that it’s National Pie Day. And then there’s this quote:
