Phillies sign OF Jenkins, close to pitcher Durbin: The Phillies reached a preliminary agreement with Milwaukee Brewers power-hitting outfielder Geoff Jenkins for two years at $13 million, according to ESPN. The WWL is also reporting the Phillies are close to signing pitcher Chad Durbin. [ESPN]
