For many brides-to-be, the months and weeks leading up to the Big Day are laden with beauty treatments galore—and it goes well beyond the expected wedding-day hair and makeup: There’s waxing, brow shapings, lash extensions (and refills), spray tans, facials designed to tighten, brighten and smooth your skin to baby-like perfection. It’s a lot, and let’s not forget the diets, cleanses and strict workout regimens to get your body in tip-top shape, too.
