Police: Foot Fetishist May Be Targeting Children at Paine’s Skatepark

Paine’s Skatepark is a skateboarding park set next to the Philadelphia Museum of Art along the Schuylkill River. Naturally, the two-year-old facility is popular with children, and now police have sent out an alert about an incident there involving a grown man and a child’s feet.

According to the Special Victims Unit bulletin sent out on Tuesday morning, the incident in question occurred on May 10th. An 11-year-old boy told police that while he was at Paine’s Skatepark that day, a man approached him and offered to buy him a soda. The catch? The man wanted to photograph his feet.

So, say police, the man did, in fact, photograph the 11-year-old boy’s feet. And the man allegedly asked the boy to return a week later with some other friends that would be up for a Pepsi-for-toe-photo transaction.

Ew.

Police describe the suspect as follows: black male, 30 to 60 years old, 5’7″ to 6’1″ tall, with acne or a skin condition on his face. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and Army-style green fatigue pants.
