Don’t miss this chance to check off #17 on our Philly Fitness Bucket List: Registration for the 2015 Schuylkill River Sojourn kicked off this week, so now’s your opportunity to secure a spot.

This year’s 112-mile paddle down the Schuylkill River will take place from June 6th through 12th. You’ll start in Schuylkill Haven and follow a guide for seven days until you complete your journey at Boathouse Row. Participants paddle canoes or kayaks 14 to 18 miles a day and camp along the way. The full itinerary is here.

Registration includes three meals a day, plus water and Gatorade; expert guides; camping arrangements; gear transportation; and educational and recreation activities at daily stops. You must provide your own canoe or kayak.

You can sign up for the full trip or individual days. The full trip costs $550, and individual days $85.

Right now, registration is open for full-trip participants only. You can sign up for individual days beginning April 15th. More info is here.
