Heads up, West Philly-ites! Free fitness movement, the November Project, is launching its second workout location this week, with free Friday morning workouts at UPenn’s Franklin Field. The gang will gather at 6:15 a.m. at the entrance for the Fox Fitness Center at Weiss Pavilion (Gate 2) for 40-minute-ish sweat sessions in the stadium. The entrance is on the north side of the stadium on Smith Walk between 32nd and 33rd streets.

(By the way, the whole thing is totally kosher with Penn. They’re letting the November Project crew in for the workouts, which is totally awesome.)

The new Friday workouts are an add-on to the Wednesday meetups the group already runs at the Art Museum. By the looks of their Facebook pictures and all the buzz about the November Project over the past few months, the group has grown leaps and bounds, so I imagine turnout will be stellar.

Selfishly, I would like to ask: When are y’all coming to South Philly? Pretty please?
