Vice Coffee Is Officially Open

You know what Philly was really missing? A combination coffee shop / tattoo parlor and lending library. At least until now.

Vice Coffee, Tattoos and Books celebrated its grand opening on Friday at 1031 Spring Garden Street with an art show, beer and whiskey tastings. Now that things are back to normal, they’ve just got the regular spread of coffee, baked goods from Le Bus, food from the Institute Bar (which, like Vice, is owned by husband-and-wife team Heather and Charlie Collazo), tattoos and a library of 350 used books (including a bunch of tattoo books, natch) specially selected for the shop that they’re willing to lend.

Vice is open 7am-9pm Sunday through Wednesday and until 10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
