I try to eat at least one salad a day. My motto is: the more interesting and seasonal the ingredients, the better. That’s why I have my eye on these delicious autumn salads at some of my favorite restaurants and cafes in Philly and the ‘burbs.

Get ’em for lunch or dinner—or both—and enjoy the flavors of the season while you still can.

Bistro 7
Organic Winter Greens Salad: Port compressed orchard fruits, spiced pecans, aged gouda, roasted garlic-honey vinaigrette ($12).
