UPDATE: Eagles Game Unlikely to be Cancelled
UPDATE: Birds 24/7’s Tim McManus reports that despite a third member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers contracting MRSA:
There are no immediate plans to cancel Sunday’s game in Tampa.
NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told Birds 24/7: ”We are not planning anything that will affect the game.

Translation: Three Tampa Bay Buccaneers have now come down with a bacterial infection called Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA. It’s a type of staph infection resistant to many antibiotics. Anyways, it’s contagious, and that’s what has the NFL Players Association worried.
