Jon Gosselin, Firearms, and Photographers: What Could Go Wrong?

Allentown Morning Call:

Robeson Township police said today that they have decided not to file any charges after investigating an incident in which Jon Gosselin fired a warning shot to keep a paparazzo off his property last week.

Chief Mark T. Phillips said police were called about 5 p.m. Friday to investigate a complaint by a photographer that Gosselin had fired on her earlier while she was trying to get a picture of the former “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ reality-TV show co-star.

No charges will be filed in the incident, Phillips said.
