Adsum’s Fall Menu


Adsum, which seems to be a lightning rod in the comments has rolled out its new fall menu. Among the most interesting additions:

  • Short ribs, celery root, brown butter worcestershire, popcorn puree
  • Seared Lamb Shank, caramelized brussel sprouts, red pepper confit, sarsparilla
  • BBQ pork sliders, iceberg slaw
