As I’ve always said: Fall is my very favorite season for clothes — and these ladies wandering about Center City this week reminded me why, with their fabulous layering, colors and patterns. We need to enjoy them now, before our necessary layering involves puffer coats, snow boots, hats, and scarves. Sigh.
