The object of his real estate affection: an artist-built Mid-Century Modern dwelling tucked on a wooded hill just outside Doylestown. After a months-long “total gut job” on the house, Seo has been able to get down to doing what he does best. With flea-market finds, family heirlooms and high-tech touches, he’s fashioned a modern but cozy dwelling that’s absolutely lust-worthy, laudably green — and thoroughly attainable.
