The Philadelphia Eagles kick off their regular season today at 1 p.m. as they host the Cleveland Browns. We’ll periodically update this thread throughout the game with highlights and drive summaries. Feel free to jump in the comments below.

4:06 – Final from the Linc: The Eagles start the Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz eras at 1-0 with a 29-10 win over the Browns. Take a look at Josh’s observations from the season opener.

4:02 – Ryan Mathews seals the game with a 1-yard touchdown run, with Beau Allen as his lead blocker. Eagles lead the Browns, 29-10, with 1:12 to play.

3:55 – Eagles force a turnover on downs against the Browns, and will take over at the Cleveland 15. RGIII got hit hard by Jalen Mills on that drive:

3:07 – Nelson Agholor grabs a 35-yard pass from Wentz for a touchdown. Wentz makes a great pass as well. Sturgis kicks the extra point and the Eagles lead the Browns, 22-10.

2:47 – Patrick Murray kicks a 35-yard field goal to cut the Eagles lead to 13-10. Corey Coleman’s catch in triple coverage on the first of the drive gave Cleveland great field position:

2:42 – Second half is underway. Browns start with the ball at their own 25-yard line.

2:34 – Josh has some halftime observations, but here are some notable Eagles stats from the half:

Carson Wentz: 10-of-19 for 128 yards and a touchdown, with a quarterback rating of 91.6.

Ryan Mathews: 11 carries for 35 yards.

Jordan Matthews: Three receptions for 55 yards and a touchdown.

Zach Ertz: Three receptions for 32 yards.

Rodney McLeod: Two tackles and an interception.

2:27 – Halftime at the Linc: Eagles lead the Browns 13-7. Cleveland will begin the second half with the ball.

2:02 – Video of Pryor’s big catch:

1:58 – Isaiah Crowell gets Cleveland’s first touchdown of the game on a 2-yard run. Terrelle Pryor made a big catch earlier in the drive, and a Malcolm Jenkins pass interference call kept the drive alive as well. Eagles still lead the Browns, 10-7, with about nine minutes to play in the second quarter.

1:47 – Sturgis makes the 27-yard field goal try after the Eagles failed to score in the red zone. The Eagles lead, 10-0.

1:44 – Browns go for it on fourth down inside their own 40 and they get stuffed. Kamu Grugier-Hill makes the tackle after being picked up on the waiver wire last week. Eagles take over on the Cleveland 35.

1:41 – We’ve finished the first quarter. Eagles take a 7-0 lead thanks to Wentz’s touchdown pass to Matthews on the game’s opening drive.

1:39 – Video of the Sproles punt return:

1:36 – Christian Kirksey sacks Carson Wentz, and Sturgis misses the 46-yard field goal attempt.

1:33 – Darren Sproles is still exciting on the punt return. A 49-yard punt return gives the Eagles great field position at the Cleveland 42.

1:32 – Eagles force their second three-and-out on the Browns. Jim Schwartz’s defense has looked very good so far.

1:24 – With Trey Burton out, Matt Tobin appears to be the third tight end. He’s essentially the sixth offensive lineman.

1:21 – Wentz’s first touchdown pass to Matthews:

1:17 – Wentz’s first completion to Ertz:

1:14 – Wentz gets his first touchdown pass on his first opening drive to Jordan Matthews for 20-yards. Caleb Sturgis makes the extra point and the Eagles lead the Browns, 7-0. 9:50 left in the opening quarter.

1:11 – Wentz’s first completion as an Eagle is to Zach Ertz, who makes a nice one-handed grab to pass midfield.

1:06 – Browns kick it off, and the 2016 season is underway! Eagles will start on their own 25.

1:04 – Looks like all Eagles players are standing for the national anthem, as they take part in holding the American flag. Vice President Joe Biden standing next to head coach Doug Pederson:

12:59 – Browns win the toss and will defer to the second half. The Eagles will start the game on offense.

12:26 – Today’s captains are the longest tenured players on special teams, defense, and offense:
