The legal tampering period — the negotiating time for prospective unrestricted free agents — continues today until free agency begins at 4 p.m. We’ll keep you updated on all of the news and notes in this thread.

7:40 — The Eagles signed Ron Brooks, another ex-Bill who played under Schwartz in 2014.
