DeMarco Murray (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Jets, while Kiko Alonso (knee), Taylor Hart (shoulder), Mychal Kendricks (hamstring) and Cedric Thornton (hand) are out.

Seyi Ajirotutu (elbow, concussion), Trey Burton (shoulder), Fletcher Cox (groin) and Chris Maragos (hip) are all listed as probable.

ESPN’s Ashley Fox reported earlier today that Murray will play Sunday. When discussing his running back’s injury status yesterday, Chip Kelly said the game plan won’t change whether or not Murray is available.

Ryan [Mathews] and DeMarco are similar‑type players,” he said. “You can do similar‑type things with them. If you had a different type of back backing up or being the No. 2 guy, then it’s a different deal, but that’s one of the reasons we really had Ryan in here.”

The Jets come in a little banged up. Darrelle Revis (groin), running back Chris Ivory (quad) and receiver Eric Decker (knee) are all questionable. Outside linebacker Trevor Reilly (finger infection) is out while cornerback Darrin Walls (hamstring) is doubtful.

According to Manish Mehta, Revis is expected to play barring a setback.
