GREEN BAY, Wisc. — After his rusty Eagles debut last Saturday, Sam Bradford turned in a perfect performance in Philadelphia’s 39-26 win over the Packers, completing all 10 of his passes for 121 yards and three touchdowns.

“I thought he was really poised out there, had a really good command of what we were doing, [and] really located the football,” Chip Kelly said. “I thought he played really well.”

Bradford led the Eagles to a 38-yard scoring drive on the first series of the game after Raheem Mostert’s 67-yard kick return. He capped it off with an eight-yard touchdown pass to Darren Sproles (video below courtesy of the Eagles).

“He’s got a great feel for a lot of those choice routes, especially inside,” Bradford said. “Like the one down the sideline on the wheel. We drew that up for that coverage to get him matched up with a linebacker. He ran a great route and made a nice catch.”

Bradford led the Eagles to a 55-yard scoring drive on the team’s second series. He made a nice throw to Jordan Matthews on a corner route for 27 yards, before throwing a three-yard touchdown pass to Trey Burton.

“Sam threw unbelievable balls,” Burton said. “They were right on my body. [Brent] Celek had a great route on that and he took a couple defenders with him.”

On Bradford’s third and final series, he led the Eagles to a 59-yard scoring drive. Sproles took a short pass 33 yards on the first play, and Celek caught a seven-yard touchdown pass on the last play (video below courtesy of the Eagles).

“Sam has always been a great quarterback and he continues to get more and more comfortable in this offense,” Celek said. “He just made a great read and it was a great play call. It’s tough for defenses to stop us when we run routes like that and we’re going every which way.”
