The following Eagles are inactive for today’s game against the Tennessee Titans: QB Nick Foles, CB Roc Carmichael, DB Jaylen Watkins, C Julian Vandervelde, OL Dennis Kelly, WR Jeff Maehl and DL Taylor Hart.

Carmichael takes the place of Earl Wolff on the list. Wolff was put on injured reserve last week with a knee injury. Other than that, the inactives are the same as the previous two weeks.

Nate Allen starts at safety alongside Malcolm Jenkins. The first backup safety will be either Chris Maragos or Chris Prosinski.

The Eagles will start yet another different offensive line combination. Andrew Gardner takes Matt Tobin’s place at right guard. Tobin suffered a concussion last week against the Packers, but will dress. The Eagles’ starting offensive line from left to right: Jason Peters, Evan Mathis, Jason Kelce, Gardner and Lane Johnson. The backups will be David Molk (C) and Tobin (G/T).

Mark Sanchez will start at QB for the third straight game, and Matt Barkley will back him up. Brad Smith is the emergency option.

Casey Matthews and Emmanuel Acho will once again split reps at inside linebacker. Marcus Smith II is active, but unlikely to play. He did not take a snap at all against Green Bay. Look for the Eagles to play plenty of dime with Nolan Carroll II joining Mychal Kendricks on the field.

The Eagles have five wide receivers active: Jeremy Maclin, Riley Cooper, Jordan Matthews, Smith and Josh Huff. All four tight ends – Brent Celek, Zach Ertz, James Casey, Trey Burton – will dress.
