Do they tie up traffic? Yes. Do cars far outnumber cyclists? Yes. Were the changes made without any real advance study by the Nutter administration? Yes. But none of that matters. The only way to make Philadelphia greener is to make it less convenient to drive your car. Positive change isn’t always painless, folks.
