You think This is a rehab done right when you walk into the soaring, bright, cool space. But the converted bank isn’t the only thing that was overhauled. UT is a new generation of steakhouse, where fish entrées — try the monkfish osso buco — are as good as (if not, dare we say, better than) the crispy steaks; a milkshake is served for dessert at lunch; and the signature drink isn’t a big barolo, but a cocktail concoction that tastes just like a Creamsicle.
