Call us indecisive. Call us wishy-washy. Call us torn — because you know what? We are. We’re in a tizzy about both these Old City spots. Sevilla Smith, opened by former stylist/costumer Faye Smith, speaks to us with a well-edited selection of women’s wear, including loads of eco-friendly designs, from Covet, Cynthia Steffe, Sally Tseng, Preloved, Tea & Honey and — okay, we’ll stop. Just around the corner, former Urban buyer Shari Roulin’s Reward is, at long last, where we can find the outfits we always see on really cool people (from Surface to Air Paris, Seneca Rising, Repetto, Opening Ceremony, along with vintage). We’re thankful to each for setting up shop. Just don’t expect us to make up our minds on who’s best anytime soon.
