We were surprised, too, that a women’s boutique inside Media’s B. Gross, an age-old men’s shop, would be worth a look. But nine-month-old Per Lei far surpasses expectations. Co-owner Candice Caprice has picked a few of the best options in an eclectic mix of lines: lighthearted dresses from Theory, off-the-catwalk looks from BCBG, flirty skirts from Pink Tartan, sexy sundresses from Trina Tark. Caprice makes monthly buying runs to NYC, so her stuff is fresh.
