Every morning at 4:30, Dan Redner, owner of Star of the Sea Seafood, drives from his West Berlin store to the seafood market on Packer to pick up the freshest domestic crabmeat for his superb, surprisingly healthy crabcakes. You probably already love this no-mayo cake—found at some Jersey Whole Foods and Shore faves like Sea Isle’s Mike’s Seafood—but we were thrilled to learn that the Redner recipe is available straight from the source, too.
