Last September, Regina Mandell and Tracy Lutz planted themselves next door to so-cool salon American Mortals and presented Grasshopper, their hard-to-find hipster den for guys and girls. Standbys like James jeans are accompanied by scores from lesser-known brands like Soundgirl and Mike & Chris. And then there are the tissue-soft tees in every print and color — which means you can finally toss your ex’s tees for some emotionally untainted (but still broken-in) ones.
