One way to always come out ahead in A.C.? Eat at Mia, the restaurant at Caesars backed by Georges Perrier and Chris Scarduzio. Though the audience is sometimes distracted, restaurant chef Jeremy Duclut executes the Italian/Mediterranean menu — seared foie gras, grilled langoustines, real porterhouse — with élan, making tables at Mia the only guaranteed winners.
