And while the restaurant's best summer started, chilled tomato soup with cucumber-tomato salad, chilled oysters and green tobiko, exemplifies Solomonov's modern-eclectic style, he hasn't fogotten where he came from: Pink lentil soup with cinnamon-spiced lamb sausage and pearly couscous with escargots are two tasty nods to his native Israel.
