The dry-aged rib eye deserves its plaudits, but for our money (and yours), this pair of petite patties on house-baked brioche buns is the best dish in the house. The luxury ground beef is Idaho-raised Wagyu; the toppings are caramelized onions and gruyè on one; on the other, herbed aioli, pickled shallots, and a slice of heirloom tomato.
