Old Homestead Steakhouse

Lots of bars brag about their single-malt Scotch collections — some rightly — but none can approach that of the Old Homestead, in the Borgata. In addition to a respectable array of 12-, 18- and 21-year-old bottles, the Borgata recently debuted an exclusive collection of 38 Macallan vintages from 1926 through 1973. Fifty bucks will buy you a dram of the beech-colored 1973. Or there's the $3,500-per-dram king of the hill, aged in a hogshead cask from 1926 until 1986, when it was bottled.
