Paul Roller's beloved Chestnut Hill restaurant offers as many as 10 salads on any given night, including a gorgeous pair of entrée salads, each the equivalent of an elegant picnic on a plate. Our favorite showcases slices of rare beef tenderloin, gilded with horseradish cream, on a bed of Lansdale-grown baby greens, set within a colorful border of Jersey tomatoes, grilled vegetables and mustard-dill potato salad.
