Magisterial things come off the grill at this halal mini-chain, and the name draws one's attention to a variety of kabobs. But best is the grilled quail, whose delectable marinade seeps into every corner of the tiny fowl; all that is reasonably left behind is a carcass of small bones. The original University City location just moved into a former diner.
