They come armed with blankets and straps to protect your furniture, they know how to navigate narrow side streets and gently hoist large pieces of furniture out of windows, and they take a philosophical tack: "Mutual respect and understanding is the best way to approach anything, including such a big thing as moving your entire earthly possessions from one place to another!"
