Gin is an afterthought at most bars, but at this still-trendy hang, you can satisfy even the pickiest gin jones. It's enough to find Tanqueray 10 and Hendrick's, but when you spy the Citadelle, Quintessential and Magellan, you might fall off your stool. Admittedly, that unsteadiness could be due to the drink menu. While you could try something fuzzy like the Kiss the Sky (Hendrick's and Fresca) or the Orchid Martini (Tanqueray 10, Chambord and lime juice), gin is best paired simply with tonic.
