We get our goat (and ginger beer, and plantain stew, and jerk chicken) at the Jamaican Jerk Hut, where Kingston-born Nicola Shirley presides with flair over a busy takeout window in front and a flower-filled rear veranda with a tropical feel. The curried lobster is worth a splurge. Bring your own Red Stripe beer.
