Fatou and Fama

Fatou & Fama's "Mama Fama Punch." There's no booze at this new Senegalese place in University City, but after tasting some MFP, we're not complaining. Mixing the hibiscus flavor of bissap juice with the bite of ginger beer—both homemade, and available separately—the punch tastes like it will knock you on your butt (without actually doing so) (4002 Chestnut Street; 215-386-0700).
