The Flaming Volcano as served up by Vietnam Restaurant has everything—gin, vodka, brandy, rum, more rum. That extra rum is a shot of 151, placed in the middle of the volcano vessel (the drink itself fills a surrounding moat) and set on fire. The FV has been on the Vietnam menu for 10 years, but it's popularity has grown apace with the city's lounge scene. (Vietnam is in the process of expanding it's lounge, too.) The Flaming Volcano comes with two straws, though Vietnam owner Benny Lai says he'll down one solo—and not order another drink for the rest of the night.
