Patrick Rurange is known for the flaky, buttery, airy croissants he formerly supplied for La Colombe, where the oh-so-French crowd considered them as good as the best back home. Now Rurange has opened Le Petit Mitron (The Bakers Boy), a small shop in Narberth with an amazing assortment of breakfast pastries and cakes, including a stunning pear tart. Rurange is as sweet as his wares, too
